5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

• Delivery Areas: We arrange shipping across authorized regions within Nigeria using local courier partners.
• Delivery Times: Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only. We are not liable for transit delays caused by third-party logistics partners, customs holds, weather, or civil disruptions.
• Age Verification on Delivery: Couriers reserve the right to request valid physical ID verification upon delivery. Packages will not be handed over to minors under any circumstances.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Final Sale Policy: Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of vaping products, all sales of e-liquids, open pods, and disposable devices are final once opened or used.
• Defective Items: If you receive a physically damaged or dead-on-arrival (DOA) product, you must contact our customer support team within 24–48 hours of delivery with photographic or video proof to qualify for an exchange or store credit.

7. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, layouts, and software—is the exclusive property of Afrovape Group or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright and trademark laws.
